Fear can cause Anxiety, Anxiety can cause Fear.
Fear is one of the most powerful emotions. Anxiety is the dizziness of freedom.
Fear and anxiety can last for a short time and then pass, but they can also last much longer and you can get stuck with them. The anxiety is caused by fear that there’s no easy way to escape or get help if the anxiety intensifies. Most people who have agoraphobia develop it after having one or more panic attacks, causing them to worry about having another attack and avoid the places where it may happen again.
Anxiety is your body’s natural response to stress. It’s feeling of fear or apprehension about what’s to come. The first day of school, going to a job interview, or giving a speech may cause most people to feel nervous and fearful. But if your feelings of anxiety are extreme, last for longer then 6 months, and are interfering with your life, you may have an anxiety disorder.
Anxiety doesn’t empty tomorrow of its sorrows, but only empties today of its strength.
Anxiety is a thin stream of fear trickling through the mind. If encouraged, it cuts a channel into which all other thoughts drained.
