Why Comparison is the thief of joy
A flower doesn’t think of rival other flower next to it, it just blooms.
Comparison with yourself makes you progressive and with others makes you heartburn. It’s a death of peace and wellbeing. It means your weaknesses to someone else’s strengths.
Two humans are completely different from each other, so comparing them is egrets insulting the nature.
It’s the fastest way to perceive unhappy.
The reason we struggle with insecurity is because we compare our behind the scenes with everyone else’s highlight reel without knowing what does on behind the scenes.
There’s no comparison between the sun and the moon, they shine when it’s their time. They why we should compare ourselves to others?
What is comparison?
Comparison is defined as the act of comparing two or more people or things; to examine (two or more objects, people, ideas etc.) in order to note a consideration or estimate of the similarities or dissimilarities between two people or things.
When characteristics are different, the differences may be evaluated to determine which things are best suited for a particular purpose. The description of similarities and differences found between the two things is also called a comparison.
